This seller has sent out a faulty air fryer. I have messaged the seller on a few occasions and they have ignored all my messages. By all means buy off this seller but I would warn you to really check your product. My has come with the handle falling off and also it doesn't work properly. Just please be mindful.

First of all, we had extensive conversations about this. The air fryer was brand new and in tact. You contacted me after having used it a few times and damaged it after use. I told you there was nothing we could do about it as we don't accept returns if the item is used and damaged? I also contacted eBay about how to move forward with this and was told I do not need to offer you a refund.
