Item as described and good dispatch time, however, Yodel was the carrier but it states Royal Mail Tracked 48 in the listing. Stuck at a Yodel depot since 12th December. Yodel useless and not helpful when contacted via live chat. Communication with seller not great, just kept sending me tracking saying ‘on it’s way’ but it wasn’t as hadn’t moved in ages! They also didn’t reply to my last message. Went through eBay and refund received. Item still at a Yodel depot and has been since 12th December.
