Timely manner. The box had been opened but it was undoubtedly on route in shipping. The boots were in very good shape. They didn't fit but it is not the fault of the seller. I didn't verify whether they were men's or women's. I wrote to the seller & said I will leave a good review because they were sent promptly & were in such good shape. I said I will end up donating them which can only be a blessing for someone out there as they will be happy with the boots.
