Arbeitslose. Eine annahernd genau so grosse Anzahl von nicht registrierten Arbeitslosen, Unter- bzw. prekar Beschaftigten kommt noch hinzu. Ein Grossteil dieser Menschen wird auf Dauer keine Arbeit und damit auch kein auskoemmliches Einkommen finden. Um die daraus entstehenden menschlichen Katastrophen abzuwenden, sind Alternativen zur heutigen Arbeitswelt gefragt. Einen interessanten Ansatz stellt das bedingungslose Grundeinkommen dar, welches in diesem Buch naher untersucht werden soll. Hierzu werden verschiedene Modellansatze gegenubergestellt und die Hoehe eines auskoemmlichen BGEs, sowie dessen Finanzierbarkeit berechnet. Anschliessend werden persoenliche und gesellschaftliche Pro und Kontras diskutiert und Alternativen zum Grundeinkommen gepruft. Fur viele Gegner des BGE ist der mangelnde Anreiz auf Erwerbstatigkeit das folgenschwerste Argument gegen ein Grundeinkommen. Deshalb wird untersucht, welche Anreizwirkungen auf Erwerbstatigkeit trotz Grundeinkommen bestehen.
