Payment and Delivery
 
We try to make shopping on our site as easy as possible. Just browse our site and search by brand name or item type. When you find an item you like simply add to the basket and when you have finished shopping go to checkout.
 
We use paypal as our primary payment mode as we feel that this offers a safe and reliable way to purchase online with minimal risk to you the buyer. However if you do not have a paypal account we are happy to take cheques, postal orders and bank transfers by prior arrangement – just send us an email (info@kitwizard.com) and we will provide further details.
 
Postage costs will be displayed on the final checkout page. We do keep postage charges to a minimum and to this end we use a number of couriers especially for our larger and international parcels. The vast majority of our uk packages are sent via royal mail however. We aim to deliver within 3-5 days of receiving your order (within the uk). Occasionally however we may experience unexpected problems with stock availability, in these circumstances please allow up to 28 days for delivery – if this situation does arrive we will contact you within 5 days to inform you of the possible delay.
 
If you are ordering from overseas then we will dispatch within the same time frame however we are unable to guarantee delivery times. Please contact us to ask about delivery options – royal mail are commonly cheapest but can take considerably longer than other couriers. Overseas items sent by royal mail are not considered ‘lost’ until 25 days after the item has been dispatched (as per royal mail policy).

    its nice to put on and easily to buff up

    i was absolutely surprised at how well the cream went on and it has buffed up beautifully you just shake the bottle and it comes out lovely and creamy not at all runny just right to put on and it stays in it's place does not run all over the shoe.

    Waterproofing wax

    Super product

    Used Nikwax on my New Beragaus walking boots to give them an extra seal, and also an old pair of walking boots that were letting in water, my old boots are back to being water proof again, the water forms droplets on the leather and does not soak through, this is in light rain and damp grass.. I have not worn them in torrential rain yet so hopefully they will not leak.
