He didnt follow simple directions to mark the box as FRAGILE (even though it should be common sense to mark such an expensive and delicate object as fragile) Needless to say, the item came badly damaged. He asked me to send him photos, which I kindly did. Then he asks me to send again, which I kindly did again, and then he asks me to email it to him, which I did. I told him not to reply to the email since all communication need to be thru EBay, and he replies to the email. Can't follow direction
