The item is fragile and easily susceptible to damage during shipment. However, the item was well packaged and arrived in pristine condition. It took three weeks to be delivered, but that is on the USPS. It traveled half way around the world in eight days, then sat for sixteen days twenty five miles from my residence. I have not used it yet but I have no doubt it will be fine when needed. Thanks ITOP store.
