Received stone fire surround, opened parcel mantelpiece was damaged, seller sent replacement but in a different colour variation, told seller that new mantelpiece doesn’t match the rest of the fire surround so he offered a refund but me to pay for return even though I already paid for delivery once purchased and non fault of mine, what a joke

The replacement mantel top is exactly as per the original supplied and as per your photos attached !The profiles and colour are correct. as with all purchases goods are refunded upon returning items back to the seller
