    Item arrived fast. Seller was honest in description about product. This toy is from around 2012 or so. Package was in decent condition. Seller noted that lights/sounds didn't work, but was more than likely due to dead batteries, and since item was in original packaging, seller couldn't swap them out. I put new batteries in, and immediately, to our very happy surprise, Tow-Mater works. We're very happy and pleased with our purchase.
