    Horrific experience - phone listed as "brand new - never used" turns up with a scratch on the screen and marks on edges of phone. Worse part is the battery capacity check shows it was not at 100%. Any never used phone ex-display or otherwise will be 100% capacity. Basically sold me a used phone! Without Ebay buyer protections people like this would be fraudulently selling and getting away with it.
