I think it should have been packaged up better. in a box wrapped not a bag where it could get damaged. the foam head is pretty sturdy i will have to buy a new one. Excellent respond from seller.

Temperature sensor is interfaced with the charger. You will need to find documentation for the BMS connections yourself since this is not provided. The case has a very tight fit, forcing the cells to be packed together with no spacing between them.
