The seller actually got the item away very quickly, but the courier, DHL, were unable to deliver it at the proper time, taking over a week to get it from the local delivery office to my door. There was an email to the seller which was promptly replied to with a follow up mail once more information came to light. Seller done good job, courier no so much.

BMW part cost in excess of £200!!! Throw-in fitting @ BMW and its now a very expensive piece of plastic!! This pattern part is well made identical like 4 like replacment and takes 20m to fit. Fast postage and a fair price.. 10/10
