I had a pretty disturbing experience with this seller. The item itself was as described and shipped quickly. But it was a big sweatshirt that the seller had stuffed into a tiny cardboard envelope that was bursting at the seams when it arrived, and resulted in it getting damaged when I went to open it. Messaged to let them know and got several long rude replies and then they accused me of blackmailing them when I said I would leave a review about their customer service. Not acceptable behavior

You took a Knife and cut into the Envelope Cutting the sweatshirt and then you proceeded to write me a mail how can i send a sweater in a flat rate envelope for 8$. didnt write that in your reply Getting damaged . rip it open like a normal Person Thank you for sending me my item in time for Christmas and it didn't cost 15$ like all the other seller take . and excactly what you did wanted a refund or this reply. stay away from me please

I appreciated that this seller double packed it in 2 plastic envelopes - kept it dry during the inclement weather in transit. And arrived quickly.
