Hi, I explained exactly why I had to cancel it. The very heavy cast iron gates were kept on our neighbour's driveway as ours was being paved. Unfortunately, their son's friend took the gates so I had to cancel. So yes. Unfair but also unfair on us too! Surprised to see a negative feedback for something out of my control.
