Lost Parcel: We will only send replacement items once Royal Mail confirms the item is lost. This will be 15 days from date of dispatch. Undelivered Parcel: If your parcel comes back to us due to any reason like addressee has gone away, no answer, address incomplete, address inaccessible, address unknown, refused, not called for or recipients (no one) available to sign the parcel to the delivery address, then the buyer is responsible for, the process of resending the parcel to the buyer again.
 
Please do not sign for and accept the parcel if you find the seal is opened or the packaging is damaged. We cannot accept responsibility for damaged items after they have been accepted.
 
Can you change my Delivery Address please?

    Lavender and orange oil?How do they go together. Wonderfully. I have put a .it fills the room with the most beautiful smell. Of course I have the added addition of a disinfectant I can use on all the window sills in the house. An excellent product please try it.

    Dettol Disinfectant

    This concentrated disinfectant is so versatile, I use it neat for cleaning floors, washing bird feeders but can also dilute it for a daily surface cleaner. Also being concentrated means that one small 500ml bottle is equivalent to over 10 standard 750ml bottles of surface cleaner.

    Dettol disinfectant

    Dettol is a quality product i use this to wipe down the walls of my bathroom and work tops to give a clean lavender smell which lasts for ages. Getting hard to get from other products.👍🏻
