They sent the wrong clock, a much more expensive one. I sent a message and within an hour I had a response. They apologised and said they would dispatch the correct one. They said I could keep the other one and do with as I wished. Correct clock arrived two days later. I now have another clock which will probably be gift to someone. Impossible to get better customer service. I am a very happy customer .
