I ordered two of their sale post, with a total of 4 cups. The packing for dish ware was not very good and one cup was broken on arrival. I requested a refund or replacement, they didn’t have replacement and told me I would have to be the Guinea pig , if they filed s complaint with USPS. OR told ME to file the complaint, cause they never dealt with a refund. Not worth my time for a $10-12 dollar cup. Not happy

I am sorry that you felt the need to write this feedback before we even had a chance to resolve the issue. As you know, we suggested that you get the claim with USPS going, because you had all the evidence, but that we would be happy to do the claim ourselves, although we had never done a damage claim before. We definitely offered both options. I also offered a replacement (I sent pictures of our last mug) or a refund. You immediately received the refund when you chose that option.
