This seller is the absolutely the best. Not only did she respond to my questions she sent a beautiful necklace to go along with the shirt I bought. The shirt is exactly as described and the price was right. Shipping was fast. Oi would definitely buy fr her again .

I'm very sorry about this color transfer. This must be a manufacturer defect. I've never seen this happen. It was not dyed. My mother gave this top to me after my pregnancy with Penny. I never wore it. Again, Sending my apologies. I would never ship out an item that had residue or staining. I steamed the blouse before shipment and am wondering if that caused the dye to run. I didn't have dye transfer on my hands after steaming, folding and packaging. Thank you for your kind inbox message, Kel
