When I received this item which, as sa previous reviewer has pointed out, was just like an expandable arial and totally unfit for the purpose it claims to be manufactured to perform. I replied to the seller who had emailed to ask for 5 star review. I explained the situation and the seller replied a week later asking how did I feel about being compensated to the tune of £1.80. I have not replied. Unfortunately I cannot give no stars and begrudgingly will have to give one
