Garanzie e Prodotti Difettosi:
I prodotti acquistati sono soggetti alla disciplina, per quanto applicabile, di cui al D.lgs 2.2.2002 n. 24 (G.U. n. 57, 8.3.2002) sui contratti di vendita e sulle garanzie concernenti i beni di consumo e, per quanto non ivi contemplato, alle specifiche disposizioni previste in materia dal Codice Civile. Tali garanzie si applicheranno al prodotto che presenti difetti di conformità e/o malfunzionamenti non riscontrabili al momento dell'acquisto, purché il prodotto stesso sia utilizzato correttamente.
 
Nel caso di DVD e Blu-Rady Disc vi preghiamo, prima di richiedere la sostituzione del prodotto, assicurarvi che il difetto riscontrato persista anche su lettori DVD di altra marca/modello.
 
L'eventuale malfunzionamento dei prodotti così come qualsiasi problema riscontrato nella consegna (prodotti mancanti o errati, danneggiati nel trasporto, ecc.) dovrà essere segnalato entro 30 (trenta) giorni dalla ricezione della merce via mail all'indirizzo ebay@konke.it, via telefono 0755918436 o via fax al numero 0755918436, specificando chiaramente la natura del problema.
 
Se il prodotto difettoso fa parte di un cofanetto, si dovrà attivare la procedura per l'intero cofanetto e non per il singolo disco.
 
Una volta autorizzato dovrai quindi inviare la merce difettosa a:

ATTENZIONE: KonKe.it si riserva la possibilità di verificare l'effettivo difetto lamentato dal Cliente e di effettuare la sostituzione solo dopo tale controllo.
 
Una volta riscontrato il difetto, provvederemo alla sostituzione accreditando contestualmente il costo sostenuto per il reso e comunque fino ad un massimo di € 5,00 IVA Inclusa.
Se il prodotto non fosse più reperibile ti rimborseremo invece l'intero importo.
