Pandora charm arrived damaged, contacted seller who told me to claim via Royal Mail, I opened a case with eBay and got a refund so overall happy, it would have been better if this could have been solved with the seller but it wasn’t my responsibility to make sure it was packaged so it couldn’t get damaged, positive feedback left as eBay issued a full refund

I said you could either sort ot out yourself as I was away on a cruise and only had Internet intermittently or wait until I got back and I'd do it. I was just trying to help you get it sorted sooner no other reasoning to the message I sent. I package all my items the same way and don't have issues. I send jn bubble wrap envelopes, wrap in tissue paper and put in a bag. To do more would make the packaging thicker and cost you more in postage.
