Hi, For the low sound problem. this can be resolved by simply removing & cleaning out the silver mesh gauze then pushing back into place.

These earbuds are not used samsung earbuds I bought 2 sets of these and even though they work you can't pair them to your phone or any device because each individual earbuds are all different models that's why you can't pair them so out if 8 pairs of ear buds I can't use them there's no 2 of the same model so even at a cheap price there useless to anyone

Hi, Thanks for the feedbackThese are all the same model.. I don't know what makes you think they are not. Also each set of buds can be paired to each other, You just follow the simple pairing instructions online and connect using the Samsung wearable App. Please check the solutions before jumping to conclusions.
