Buyer beware. The seller stated that the train was tested and operational. It is not returnable nor operational and now will have to be repaired at my expense. Seller stated that he would enter an insurance claim through FedEx but it might get declined. Fact is I don’t want to return it, but the item should be as stated in working condition. The repair shop confirmed that it’s not operational and needs repair.

I’m very sorry the train didn’t arrive to you in the same condition it left me in. But you start off by accusing me of purposely lying about it's condition…until I showed you video proof that everything worked as stated. Assuming something happened during shipping, I offered to open a damage claim with FedEx…which you agreed to! But then you give me negative feedback before FedEx even has a chance to respond. Apparently you were never really interested in getting things resolved.
