The phone arrived in 2 days and was securely packed . It was advertised a good and there is only one tiny scratch otherwise it is perfect , I used an old sim tool and cable I had . Only later I saw that the phone should have come with them so contacted the seller who was very helpful told me they were in the small box in the packing . I found them and all is good . I would certainly buy from this seller again .

    A great phone

    Having used Samsung phones for some years now, it took me a couple of days to familiarise myself with this phone. Best phone I,ve had yet. Looking forward to trying out the camera on my forthcoming holiday soon. All in all its a great phone at a great price.

    Arrived very quickly in sealed box. It has a much better camera than my old phone and feels sturdier. Battery obviously lasts longer. I’m very happy with this phone, I don’t long for the latest gadgets.

    Quality - at a price!

    Had an iPhone 12 before getting this so very familiar about how it works. I have to say the difference between them is marginal. Nice stainless steel case (iPhone 12 is Aluminium) makes it feel very sturdy but a bit heavier too. It does have a brighter screen which is great and a better low light camera which I have yet to try. I did have a few problems setting it up and some apps took a long time to download, but this is probably due to the fact that I forgot to transfer the SIM card from my old phone so lack of 4G didn't help! All in all a great apple product that just works and it feels and looks like a quality item. Worth upgrading if you can get a discount!!
