Excellent service! When I didn't answer a message querying my order, they phoned me to make sure it was dispatched quickly. They used a "real" courier rather than the "cheapskate" services favoured by many. The laptop isn't in mint condition but at this price, you should expect a little wear and tear... and it works just fine. Very good battery. 16G was listed for the same price as 8G, so I ordered 16G but actually got an 8G. But with the price issue, this is what I expected. Overall very happy.
