Item not as described, Vitamix One Blender was not only used one time as stated on auction, seller claimed it was to loud, was the reason for selling it (it's a blender) going yo be loud. It was very much used with scratches, dirty and a purple electrical wire hanging out. (Pictures included) No wonder auction only showed pictures of the Package. Terrible waste of my time, if you buy from seller ask for pictures of the ACTUAL ITEM AND NOT THE BOX.

Buyer is a complete scam artist check the prior history. Tried to take advantage by saying no pictures being shown and tried a bait and switch. Tried sending a completely different blender that was sent.. Then keeping the one I sent and saying a wire was out...I throughly check all my items and don't sell junk..Then was willing to accept a partial refund which was all she had planned it the first place and it was her ideal.. Sellers BEWARE an experienced buyer buying something they don't see is
