Very disappointed with the seller. At least 2 of 10 pieces were faulty. I contacted seller to offer the option of returning 2 for a 20% refund, or to swap for working RAM. No reply. So after around 5 days I opened a return due to item being not as described. Posted the return. Tracking shows the seller didn't accept delivery on the first 2 attempts. Finally accepted on 3rd try. Still haven't been given my refund.18 days after payment, and 13 days after reporting faulty items. Terrible.

I don’t like leaving negative feedback but only 3 of the 17 sticks of RAM passed a pre-boot test. This was a time consuming process checking the memory sticks. The seller didn’t respond to my representations regarding the faulty memory sticks or the three that passed the pre-post test that I offered to buy. I therefore had to return all the RAM and claim a refund from eBay. It is now almost 3 weeks since the auction ended and in a few days when eBay credit my account I will be back to square one
