The seller did not advise that the pendant had no Effy trademarks. She sent the receipt from Sacks 5th Ave discount store for 300 plus dollars she paid for the necklace. When she received the return she claimed the tags were not on it which is not true. No tags were removed. I’m a buyer not a seller and I never remove tags. The issue I had was trademarked. I would have kept it if it was.

Although I do not normally except returns, I took the item back because the buyer was not happy with it. She said it did not have the appropriate identification on it. I should return the item, but not with the tags that were originally on it. This changes the value of my future listing of this item.
