I ordered and paid for 2 x twin packs of smoke alarms with batteries (as per the advert). I received 1 x twin pack with no batteries !! On contacting the seller, they told me that the courier had removed the batteries due to a logistics issue - really!! They offered me a 50% refund. I requested the second twin pack to be delivered ASAP, and they just refunded me the whole amount. I am not out of pocket, but don't buy from these people - more hassle than it is worth!!

Avoid!! Do not buy from this seller! I’ve ordered from this buyer twice. 20 chunni clips each time. Both times they sent only 1 clip inside instead of 20! They offered me £2 refund! After disagreeing they sent full refund. Second time when I messaged after receiving 1 chunni clip instead of 20 they never bothered reply to me with an apology or explanation.Only sent full refund again without resending the actual item I was waiting for twice! Don’t waste your time and money on this seller!
