    Worth every penny

    This mat is so amazing, powerful and gives you such a great feeling of well-being. I use it first thing in the morning and the unwind mode before going to bed. Thought I was in fairly good shape before but after using it few weeks, I’m walking around with an extra light legs and a spring in my step.

    Very relaxing

    Probably not for the purists but this is a great piece of kit that can give you a lazy but relaxing stretch for your spine, neck and shoulders. I personally enjoy using it with some chill music in background. Feels like several sets of hands are manipulating you. I have only utilised 2 of the 3 settings and maybe a younger fitter person may require to use level 3, but for me it does a great job.

    Wonderful relaxing massage

    Stretch Back

    I have Arthritis in my spine and hips and always wanted something that would stretch my spine hips shoulders and neck and this Item does just that and it feels so good, I Would highly recommend this product to any one in a similar situation.
