The bite valve is cheap quality with a tiny straw hole which does not fit a standard kids Camelbak straw. The package should have come with a straw that does fit this custom valve but mine didn’t.
After a couple of messages with the seller (and a few language issues) the offered a £1 refund which I refused as it was not compatible with my existing straws and was as described.
Seller did agree the a full refund within hours so I recommend the seller, just not the product.
