Bought and was given delivery date- the guy was extremely polite and responsive to messages- unfortunately the courier he used sucked- didn’t pick up item on time, then didn’t turn up on set day and I had to chase to find out what was happening - was told the next day then got a call saying the catalytic converter on the van had been stolen and it wasn’t arriving. Was without a sofa for well over a week and was imminently going away so I had to source another - nice guy- service poor.

Thank you for at least saying I was polite and responsive to messages as I always am.The courier in question is mentioned very favourably in all our other feedback, if you where up on current affairs you would no that 'catalytic converter theft is all to common & certainly not his fault!, we could of got the suite to you in 24 hours rather than a week but we refunded you immediately upon request ,That said I'm really sorry your buying experience was not as perfect as all our other customers :)
