Not happy with courier service as my item was just left on top of plantpot outside door, no one knocked, then to find out amazon prime delivered it. It could have been stolen. I bought it for my grandaughter which is a beautiful jewellery box, just unhappy the way they left it.

Courier , FedEx ,delivered to a completely different address , streets away. Was told it had been delivered by the seller with a tracking number , but no other means of proof , ie a photo of the delivery door I asked for when I said I didn’t have it. All I was told that it had been delivered which meant nothing. Fortunately the person that received it brought it to me several days later as only at the premises then , otherwise I’d have no proof I didn’t receive it. As a result parcel was late.
