The seller sent me items I did not order meant for someone else. I agreed to send them on if I were provided with a label. I mentioned I was a bit disappointed with the condition of the shoes I did order. The seller virtually called me a liar and threatened to 'escalate' things whatever that means. I never received the label and am now stuck with items somebody wants and I am happy to send but have no label or advice from seller. So I was both insulted and my time was wasted.

After putting labels on two parcels incorrectly. I apologised and was told be this person that she had previously done the same thing herself. She then received the shoes she had ordered and advised she was disappointed as they were dirty and smelly, which obviously they were not. I told her no problem send them back and I would refund all her costs. She then decided that she wanted to keep them!! I told her I would send a label for the other item, but the email she gave was not recognised !
