Simple to set up and works well. Just be aware that it is realy a 4 port out as you need to use one as the input, I thought there would be a socket round the back for input but it is just the socket for power supply and I use the right hand socket for input marked 5 "Link/Act" the instructions are not clear on this. Anyway it works well connected to my iMac and my smart TV

I was having problems with my smart TV using wifi. As it was next to my PC. As my PC is connected to my router via an ethernet I connected the switch to the ethernet socket and connected my TV and PC to the switch. TV now works fine, and PC runs with no effect on speed. I advise you use an online broadband speed checker when you first make the connection as my went from 125Meg to 30Meg at first. This turned out to be a faulty cable. Cable was replaced and speed back to 125Meg.

We wanted a reliable full speed connection and the WiFi couldn’t hack it. We bit the bullet and ran cables this little hub did the rest. Now everyone is happy and that make me happy.
