This robe is quite beautiful. I purchased as a gift for my husband. When it arrived he noticed the stitching was not complete on the right pocket. I contacted the seller and a picture was sent. The first tactic that used was forgiveness for the mistake. The next offer was a $5 refund. It will cost more to have it repaired. I purchased from this seller previously and expected better customer service since it was a gift. I was going to purchase more robes, but they lost me as a customer.
