Delivery Policy
Orders will be sent ASAP, most of the time items will be sent the same day or within 1 day but due to other commitments, this cannot be guaranteed. Returns Policy
I accept returns within 30 days. A deduction will be taken from the sale price if the item is returned in a considerably worse condition as sold. For cameras, a deduction will be applied if the shutter count rises by 750 shots. Please include all accessories along with the item when returning the item.
 
Warranty Policy for Certified Refurbished items
The seller guarantee covers any defects that arise within at least 12 months of the date of delivery, and as a minimum, allows for: a full refund for 90 days from the date of purchase of the Eligible item; a repair of the Eligible Item with new or refurbished parts for 12 months following the delivery of the Eligible Item at no additional charge to the Buyer; and a replacement of the Eligible Item entirely, either with a new or refurbished item, of either the same or better specification, at no additional charge to the Buyer.
