    Mit dem Verkäufer hatte ich bisher gute Erfahrungen – doch bei der vorletzten Bestellung kam es zu massiven Problemen. 100 Glühbirnen bestellt und vollständig bezahlt, geliefert wurden nur 40 Stück. Ein handschriftlicher Hinweis versprach Nachlieferung der restlichen 60, doch bis heute nichts erhalten. Mehrfach nachgefragt, immer nur Ausreden. Irgendwann keinerlei Reaktion mehr, weder auf Nachrichten noch telefonisch. Fazit: Geld für 100 Glühbirnen bezahlt, nur 40 bekommen. Absolut enttäuschend

    Es wurde ein falscher Artikel geliefert. Die Verpackung war unzureichend und hatte zu Deformation der Ware geführt. Das für die Rücksendung bereit gestellte Hermes-Etikett war nicht für den großen Karton ausreichend. Glücklicherweise hat Hermes das Paket trotzdem entgegen genommen. Danach wurde der Kaufbetrag immerhin sofort erstattet.
