seller is bad at communcating we've sent many emails and only answers when can be bothered, the laptop has not been received and according to evri the seller asked for it to be returned!?. Paid for express delivery £6.85 and over a week later the item still has not arrived even though we had a it sent to an Argos collect shop. Told seller we desperately need this laptop to repair a customers who was going away and we just get the feeling the seller couldn't care less.No excuse to ignore a buyer!

I sent this item the same way I have sent any items I have sold before .And as far as I am aware it is still in transit .I can understand the buyers frustration , but this is not my fault!.

Intentionally misleading description (tool was clearly tested, found damaged but listed as 'untested' to encourage people to bid on it). Seller went extra lengths to prevent me returning it - eventually solved with eBay.
