The description of the item was a perfect match to what I received. It was packaged with care. I not only love my Farberware coffee, I need it in the morning. For whatever the reason, I plugged my maker in without water, then fell back to sleep. Needless to say it burnt out the element. I asked this seller to ship a.s.a.p and she most certainly did. It arrived way ahead of schedule. Christmas Eve in fact . Thank you Sue for my Christmas morning Coffee.
