This item is not 4” thick it is very flimsy and thin I’ve contacted the seller and gone back and forth I let it air for 2 days before putting onto the bed it didn’t expand at all seller offered me 15% back on my purchase as they claimed it will expand I’ve had this item nearly a week and it is still the same as when I received it very poorly made not happy with this item at all. In the end I’ve had to find another one from else where as this does nothing to the bed. Item was packaged very well.

Made an offer they accepted and quickly posted by items. I asked for 10 they only sent out 2 chased them on contact seller no response clicked not received part of order through ebay and finally get a response to tell me because of the quantity they couldn't send them out together and "to be patient" next day a larger box arrives with the other 8 items. Would have been nice for them to advise it was being sent separately. Packaged well arrived quickly. Could work on their communication.
