Monin Sugar free - not quite as nice as the sugary version
I had not tried sugar free before, so thought I would try the version of my favourite flavour. Unfortunately the taste is not quite the same as the Monin sugared version, but still better than most other brands I have tried. However, if you have reason to avoid sugar I don't think you would be too disappointed... the difference is probably half a star better than I could give it in the ebay rating system, but I felt it necessary to highlight the difference. The sugar free version is slightly dearer - but not enough to discriminate on price... if you can't take sugar, then go for it.I had not tried sugar free before, so thought I would try the version of my favourite flavour. One of my favourite flavours at Christmas time for a few years now has been a Gingerbread latte from Costa. So when I learned you can by the syrup I had to investigate. My review is that it is good but not perfect. Yet. I still need more practice to get the right amount in the right coffee creation. It doesn't beat the real thing - made in a store but in lockdown it is a close second.

All the flavour without the guilt
Finally I can have Gingerbread syrup in my coffee without feeling guilty. Good flavour, you do need to use a little more than the original sugar syrup though. Very pleased with this product.
