Bought an ACE Bain Marie after making payment advertised item was not available and substitute item offered which is faulty on testing. They falsely claim due to this being tested by a non gas registered individual they are unwilling to assist, however the manufacturer are willing to help us if not an old or refurbished unit. Will end up in small claims court as bought another item to cover this one so now just a point of principle.
