Excellent service! When I didn't answer a message querying my order, they phoned me to make sure it was dispatched quickly. They used a "real" courier rather than the "cheapskate" services favoured by many. The laptop isn't in mint condition but at this price, you should expect a little wear and tear... and it works just fine. Very good battery. 16G was listed for the same price as 8G, so I ordered 16G but actually got an 8G. But with the price issue, this is what I expected. Overall very happy.

The monitor arrived very quickly and was protected by a lot of packing material. Unfortunately, there was a slight issue with the screen - possibly caused by damage in transit. Communication with the seller was very polite and efficient, and a mutually agreeable solution to the issue with the screen was quickly reached. I would recommend this seller to others.
