You were not! You were late paying, then asked for reduced shipping. I explained that eBay are responsible for global shipping costs and I only cover the UK delivery. I answered numerous questions and went over this several times. I contacted eBay to confirm and sent screen grabs of their confirmation on this. Lastly, I also offered to cancel the order. Buyer thanked me for all my help, however as soon as confirmed as sent he leaves negative feedback and hasn't even received the items!
