Communication, or lack thereof, is why I feel compelled to leave a negative review. Despite appearing to be well protected, the item arrived broken in half. I contacted the seller 3 times over 3 days and never got a response. Even after getting eBay involved, they never actually sent me a message, simply offered a partial refund (a week later). I’m giving benefit of the doubt that the seller didn’t intentionally sell me a broken item, but the lack of communication makes me wonder…

I am sorry for the lack of communication. I was dealing with a loss in the family. It was not broken when it was shipped. Once the mail service receives it, it is out of my hands. Sometimes life happens and we do our best.
