No really pleased with this product.It was not brand new and I have had several recording problems.Often once it has started recording after 2mins it will switch itself off and the word recovery is shown or the system will just freeze. Whenever I go to finalise any disks and put in a title when I press the set button it switches itself off. I have 9 brand new disks that it will not let me finalise as it says finalising failed and does not say why or how the problem can be sovlved. When I rewind and fast forward the dvd will not play clearly. When I spoke to Panasonis help desk they said the disks I have may be scratched, but this is impossible for 9 disks to be scrathed from a brand new pack. They also said the dvd laser maybe damaged and suggested I take it to an electronic repair shop. I have not done this as they cost £50 non refundable just to look and then on top of that I pay for the repair. If I am not careful I might as well have bought the DVD recordable brand new. So at the moment I am percivering with its 'sometimes I work', 'sometimes I don't' moods. Disapointed!!!Read full review
