I specifically asked the seller to pack it well and to please NOT send it in a padded envelop as the stem is very fragile. But he shipped it in a padded envelope anyway (with thin cardboard insert) and the stem did get bent as a result! For the expensive shipping price that he ended up charging me, he really should have used a small carton box, which would have prevented the problem!!! Very disappointing!!
