This is lightweight,easy to use, very effective in a busy animal friendly home.It is quick to change the dust bags which I prefer. Great lights to see what you are vacuuming and easily goes under furniture. Can't beat German engineering.Fed up with my Dyson which is dusty, heavy, clumsy to use and never seems clean.

Purchased to replace my Miele Cat and Dog vacuum cleaner as I was disappointed with how well it cleaned the pet hair out of my carpet. This does a much better job and the carpets appeared noticeably cleaner straight away. It is a bit cumbersome to carry up and down the stairs and could do with a handle closer to the top to help you lift it. It can be a bit a of a faff to use some of the attachments and the attachment to clean the stairs does not reach all the way to the top of my stairs which I would of said were of average height. The light at the front is a good under for when you are trying to clean underneath furniture etc
