advertised as no rips, when infant there was, items missing said the would send them ,they sent some of the items but then said they were keeping the storm straps fir there new awning, which are mine as I have paid for the the when I asked for a partial refund they agreed but never sent the money, had to open a case with PayPal, awful don't buy of them
